Why are teachers important?
Teachers teach us knowledge and help us become good people.
Teachers teach us new things every day. We learn reading, writing, and counting from them. But what they teach is not just lessons. They also show us how to share with our friends and how to try again when we make a mistake.
A teacher knows that everyone in the class learns in a different way. Some children learn better with pictures, others learn better with games. The teacher notices this and helps everyone in the right way.
If there were no teachers, people would have to learn writing, history, and science all by themselves. That would be very hard and very slow. Teachers pass on thousands of years of knowledge to us in a short time.
